Upgrading T6 halogen to T6.1 LED tail lights (tailgate)

Evening.

I have a 2019 T6 Highline Tailgate with Halogon factory rear lights.

I’ve just got hold of some OEM T6.1 LED Caravelle rear lights.

I assumed the plugs would be the same, and a re-pin would be required, but the plugs are different.

Does anyone know if there’s a conversion loom, or the best pay to go about getting these working? (If at all )

T6.1 LED tail-light retrofit from Halogen

Can the led rear lights be retrofitted on to the t6.1? I've seen people mentioning they can be retro fitted on the t6 if it already has led rears, but nothing about vans with halogens. Anyone managed to do it? If so what's needed aswell as the lights?

Yes. Didn’t know if there was an issue with going from T6 Halogen to T6.1 LED. Happy for post to be removed.
