Upholstery repair based around Nottingham

Hi everyone

Advice needed!!

I have T6 and the drives seat upholstery is ripped (worn over time).

Tape over it atm to protect it from getting any worse.
Does anyone know a good place to get it repaired around Nottingham?

You often see original covers on eBay, anywhere from £20-£50, you can also buy OEM foam seat bases, around £70. It’s then just a matter of fitting them, or getting someone to fit them to your seat base. Just be careful to get the right ones, T5/5.1s are a slightly different shape to T6.

Theres a company called Vee Dub Ya Upholstery just off the A610, used them for our van and their work is excellent

Look up a company called 'Quest' in Northampton - they do a lot of Transporter re-upholstery. They did mine last year. The covers thay took off were almost brand new. Find what pattern your seat cloth is and talk to Albert the boss(he is Lithawanian) at Quest and tell him what you want. Quest can be found on Facebook.
