I know that the local CW Dealer use Dingoes. Went on their website and they are not interested in private customers:Ask your local car dealers who they use to tap out dings in their new car stock. They’ll have someone who comes by on a weekly/fortnightly basis to fix such knocks on their new delivery stock
Jeez wept - I hope business stays good for them!I know that the local CW Dealer use Dingoes. Went on their website and they are not interested in private customers:

That’s understandable but it would be better to advertise as a “trade only” business rather than promote a “we can’t be faffed with retail right now” view! That's not unusual for many of the dent guys. They make more money working for the trade, and most will freely admit it's a lot less hassle than dealing with the public driving from place to place for a single dent.
We had a 'dent meet' at my house, where we had several forum members with various dents come to mine on a Saturday and we booked the local dent guy who was far more happy doing several vehicles in the same location.
Yes. I've made an enquiry and hope to hear from them on Monday. I don't know if chips away do dents though. I thought they specialised in minor paint damage. You looked at chips away?
This would eat me up inside every time I saw it. That’s such a painful dent!! I had false windows put in the rear of mine, personal opinion but I think it finishes the van off nicely. We have a dent in rear panel, courtesy of neighbours son managing to hit a golf ball through the hedge and hit the van…
Neighbour immediately said he‘d pay for repair, so I spoke to local VW bodyshop Ingrams in Ayr, good guys, used them over the years. Their dent company had a look and said the metal was too stretched to pop back out, so annoying every time I walk past the van!
Can’t decide whether to get the panel repaired and respayed, or fit dummy windows to hide it, paint job about £450, glass would be less once fitted, or continue to be annoyed by it for evermore

Where abouts in the lakes are you if you don't mind me asking. I work in Barrow and have just removed the brackets for the fiamma awning and after 4 hours of sikoflex removal I'm now left with a shallow dent where the bracket has pushed into the van and also taken the paint with it.If you have a friendly local body shop they should be able point you in the right direction. My dent guy sticks mostly to trade work but he will visit my local bodyshop a couple of times a month and do a few jobs in an afternoon, which is better for him than going house to house.
