USB under drivers seat

Hi All,

Fitted swivel based on my T6 today and discovered this usb socket, does anyone have any idea what it is / was / could be used for?

Just looks to be a standard 5v USB power socket, try it with a USB device.

Looks like a 12v to 5v USB power supply.

For phone charging etc.

All my converter left me under the seats was some wiring off-cuts, a pencil stub and a couple of screws. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
