One of the guy's I work with offshore had a quote from these guys for a conversion. They wanted £595 + VAT to fit silent coat......
Dunno if this is the norm for conversion cost's to try and rip people off? Luckily I knew the cost was absurd and told him to go else where. They also quoted a price for a RIB bed, that was dearer than you or I could buy from the likes of Kiravans, and then said + VAT after.... Surely they're buying them from somewhere, and paying VAT, then selling it to you at their full cost, and adding VAT again on top. They're not RIB agents as listed on the Scopema web-site.
They also wanted £800 +VAT above the cost of an Austops roof, which wasn't including the 'free gel colour' offered by Austops direct. This was an additional £450 + Vat if i remember correctly.
