Van conversion lining

Hi, just looking for some advice. I am converting a caddy maxi, I have used sound deadening and I’m planning on adding the insulation next and then thermal lining. I want to clad the van with bamboo to keep the weight (and cost) down. I found a bamboo rug which has a fleece backing holding the slats together. Is it ok to have the fleece backing in the van or will that retain moisture? I have seen some people use fleece by itself to line their van but just want to make sure that with wood on top, that’s still ok? Any advice would be great. Thanks
