No they are different for a sliding door.

Have 1 pod for a sliding door and 1 for the fixed drivers side

Afraid not. There's the OEM option on there for factory sliding windows

Probably a stupid question, does the opening door pod, have to be cut around the handle, or pre shaped to fit?
