For some reason this does not like my VIN number. Anyone got any ideas as to why?

Have input the full correct number etc but always tells me it's incorrect

It's never accepted mine either, I just search by model

The vin part has never worked to my knowledge. I think it's because its not official and lacks the connection to the mothership.

I’ve been reading posts about different models and realised that I have very little idea of what my van is. Unfortunately the only vin decoder I have says mine is a T5 multivan.

If you can find the options list for your vehicle either a big square sticker under the dash, on a seat box ot stuck to the first page of the service book you can decode the vehicle spec here VW Group Option Codes Decoder

Hi Pauly,
I'm sure I should not have contacted you you in this way but I am a new member and dont know how to get about on the forum.
I was trying to find a list of parts that I need for my 2019 Kombi swb twi door with heater in the back, to fit a webasto air 2000 using oem b pillar grills etc.
Is there a kit I could buy or do I have to make up the bits myself. I would be greatful for some guidance. Vin is Wv1zzz7hzkh120025
