Vitrifrigo TL43 fridge installation

Help needed!
Trying to install a Vitrifrigo TL43 top loading fridge but there are no instructions. Fridge fits fine in the Evo Design unit but it is not snug so I am assuming that it will move while driving. There are 4 bungs close to the top but they are bonded in. Are these for screws?
Also I was going to remote mount the compressor but the pipework and cable do not look long enough. There is a taped section underneath which could be the additional pipe length but I don't want to access it incase it isn't.
Any help would be great.

on mine those bungs popped out easily enough, and yes I used a couple of screws (in the front facing side only) to secure to the Evo units.

Can't help with the fitting. But did you buy the fridge from Evo as well? Maybe they can send some instructions, the other option would be to email Vitrifrigo.

Edit: Where is the best place to get one of these from?

I did get it from Evo and I will contact them on Monday. I also messaged Vitrifrigo so I will see what comes back about the compressor.

Hi! Did you work out how to install this in the end? If so please could you tell me how you secured the lid to the underside of the worktop door, and did you remove the bungs in the top of the fridge and screw out through the outer metal casing of the fridge into the baton of the inside of the evo units? - we are now having the same installation struggles!! Many Thanks!

Hi Nats, I managed to get it installed thanks. I ended up using an adhesive for the lid 5 small blobs at it worked well. I only used 2 screws into the inside face, but make sure you use the correct length as you don't want them coming through the panel. I have never had a response from Vitrifrigo about the compressor and I do find it vibrates a bit. I will be putting some rubber washers between the fridge and the unit to see if it helps.
If you need any more info just let me know.

Hi ChrisPatt71, thanks so much for taking the time to answer me. I really appreciate the info and will follow your advice! It seems like finding the info on how to actually install these things (that you shell out a tonne of money on) is some kind of dark secret!! Many thanks;)

Totally agree, mine is a twin slider so I had lots of fun installing it as they don't tell you it is not compatible with window pods!

Works well, plenty of space for beer and BBQ stuff, 4 pint of milk fits in fine. The two clear boxes are ideal for small items or salad stuff.
I am happy with it on setting 3 and any juice it uses overnight is replenished quickly by my solar panels often before I get up.
I have no problem recommending it.
You can get a version of the controller that takes 240v input as well, though this is expensive at around £250 just for the controller.

Hey everyone, did anyone find an answer about moving the compressor? I've just bought a TL43 coz the website clearly says you can have it up to 1.5m away but (#1) the cables don't seem long enough and (#2) it seems there's a solid copper pipe going to/from it?

I think there is a version of the TL43 that has the ability to remote mount the compressor but unless you ordered that version (with it's associated extra cost) the compressor will have to stay where it is, as you say, the pipes are rigid and will not bend anytime soon.

On the penguinfrigo site the difference is £846 Vs £1,276 for the remote mount. I see the kitline price has gone up to £625 from £580 as well
