Voice activation and 12v socket

Hi. My company have just bought me a 66 plate T6 Highline van. I can't activate the voice control from the steering wheel and also the 12v sockets are permantly live. Does anyone know how to setup voice activation and a possible change from permanent to ignition feed for the 12v Volt socket without voiding any warranties ?

Hi @Ben i think you will find voice control is a factory option but you may be able to get the dealer to activate it for a cost.
sorry i dont no much about the electric bit

Its a paid for option unfortunately. Try a long press on the voice button and see if it prompts you for carplay instead?
