VW ‘We Connect’ App on iPhone.

Does anyone use the VW app I see on their iPhone to connect to the media unit.
I cant see it does much ?

Which App do you mean ?
I use the VW We Connect App to connect to my Mk8 Golf.

I can see mileage, fuel level, are doors locked, open the doors, flash the indicators, sound the horn, see when service is due, see if windows are up etc

Don't know if T6 or T6.1 can do all that though (my T6 Trendline definitely can't !).

Yes, that's the one I use with the Golf. Don't think the T6 had this capability on any derivative, but wait to be corrected

My T6.1 Highline gives mpg. Doors open/locked,windows open/shut, next service,range,adblue range,lights on/off,the ability to flash indicators or sound horn, notification of alarm being triggered and location of van. To clarify it only tells me about doors and windows- i have no ability to remotely lock or unblock etc. The only remote actions are indicator flash or sound horn.
