Water pump

I would like to install a small water pressure pump in my van for washing off bikes and kids . Is there any reason i can't take a feed from the engine start battery on a new T6. My van was not ordered with the factory fitted external electric option.
The pump will only be used when the engine is running.

I'm sure it will be fine, take a look at the sureflow 3 stage.
