Webasto Aux water heater lock-out

Using carista I have found the Aux heater is showing a lock out that can't be reset. I also tried the reset, engine running and pull fuse 11, this then shows loss of heater control in carista, this can be reset.
Any one had this, trip to VW I think.

Auxiliary heater:
00135 - Heater locked
00002 - No flame formation: after repeated start attempt
00056 - No flame formation: during initial start attempt

Hmmm, the report should contain details about controller's software and hardware - to identify it properly. Perhaps it's beyond Carista's capabilities?

Good evening all, Trying to unlock my Webasto Auxillary Heater via VCDS but struggling. I've tried clearing the failed start codes but unsuccessful. I have gone into adaptions and I believe I need to change a 0 to a 1 in a specific channel. But I have drop down options instead of channels...

Booked in the local Webasto auto elec for faults clearing / fixing, also get the hot air webasto serviced at the same time

Visit to the auto electrician fixed it (Webasto center), they struggled to connect to the Webasto diagnostics, believing it was something to do with VW coding or similar, they checked it over reset all errors, the next morning of cold weather it started to work, you can hear and smell it running under the passenger side of the van, it also got to running temp quickly.

Carista shows no errors.
