Webasto heater controller has packed up

Hi all
Didnt know which section to post this query in but here goes, our webasto heater controller has packed up, (air 2000)it has no lights on it, does it have an internal battery or something???

Which controller? - there are several that could be used. Which heater also - 2000, 2000S, 2000ST or 2000STC?

That's a relief - no Unibox with its myriad of connections.
2 things - there should be a 1 or 5A fuse at the power source end of the loom - check this. Then there should be a small square connector 30cm down from the Multicontrol that can come adrift if it wasn't fully clicked home on installation. Depends upon how much slack was left in the cable it may withdraw without having to get behind the controller.

Oldie you are an absolute diamond, took each fuse out and then put them back in , controller lit up, and now toasty as hell in the van. Thanks so much!!
