Am trying to figure out what is normal oil pressure and temperature for the DSG box. Just got in from an hours drive. I kept an eye on the temperature and pressure on the way using carista.
Temp slowly rose to around 86 degrees which carista says was normal.
Pressure was a bit all over the place, roughly averaging around 7 or 8 bar. But sometimes was down to about 4.9 and sometimes up to 13 or 14. Is that normal?
Asking as I think I’ve got a little leak from the driveshaft and wondering if the oil level may be low. Don’t know if there’s a way to actually check level in the dsg otherwise?
