What’s this pipe?

Evening. Just noticed this. Is it an overflow pipe. Not noticed it before. Should it hang this low? It’s under the fuel tank.

It’s the tube that comes down from the overflow if you overfill the tank.

Thanks all. I was thinking fuel due to positions. It’s is just a bit further back that fill cap.
