What are these and how do I remove them?

So I've been having fun removing the very well installed Edstrom racking from my ex fleet T6 and have come across some fixings I've not seen before.

They've been used to attach a fairly hefty metal bracket that holds the racking in situ.

How on earth do I remove it?

TIA!

Looks like a pop rivet to me.

You will need to drill the head.?

How big are they?

Got no reference to size from the pic.

Can you not drill the heads of the pop rivets

Possibly use a 10 mm metal bit and remove head or say a 4 / 5mm bit and go straight threw the rivet

Ah, rivets, I have heard of such things!
I didn't know if there was a particular way to get them out, sounds like a drill will do the job.

Cheers guys.

Pop Rivets, Take the head off with a large drill, the bracket will come loose, and you'll be left with the nose part in whatever was behind the bracket, press them through if you want but be mindful you may not be able to get them out of the cavity if they drop down into one.
