Haha.. they were in a cupboard in the camper when we bought it. Couldn't work out what they were for as they aren't adjustable... it will remain a mystery then !! Thanks for the comments

I have the same in my camper they were fastened to the interior pop top handles...still there not sure what to do with them.

Did you find a balaclava, rope, gaffer tape and other “equipment” with them? Did the previous owner seek a very quick sale as he was “going abroad” for a few years? Or, did you pick the van up at a police auction?!!
