What are these for?

Can someone advise what these holes are for in the tailgate? They seem fairly random! I’m presuming you will be able to get some form of grommet/plug to fill, if so does anyone have the part number. I’ve looked at the tailgate diagram and cannot see them.

They will be trim clip holes for the different trims used on different models.

I just pushed some fir tree clips into mine, just to neaten it up a bit

That looks like the way to deal with them. Plug them up with something.

I have a selection of rubber grommets for routing cables through holes or covering if they need blanking off.
