What other cars do you own?

My wife's Mini Cooper S (which is like a go-cart and gurgles and splutters nicely on the overrun)...and the only car I've ever wanted since I was a youngster, Porsche 911. This one is a 991 Turbo, and just looking at it makes me smile. I can't even get close to driving it near its capability

Stop it...

I keep looking a 911 992s but I need to sell something first. The look cool and I can't wait to get one one out on track. I would love a GT3 but they aren't cheap.

A mate who owns a GT4 (his second one) has just driven a 992 GTS (he has a T on order) and didn’t like it. He said it felt like a BIG car and is thinking of cancelling the T. He believes the sweet spot is the 997.2

GT3 isn't cheap but a 992 is? ;)

I've sat in a GT4 (not driven) and it does feel like a track car. Tiny in comparison...each to their own. 997 also looks much smaller than the 991. My purchase trigger was that it's the only car I've ever wanted, and the kids finally left home...so went for it. I use it sparingly, not through choice, but my weekends normally consist of 'assigned tasks' and taking the whippets out somewhere. Putting those shit-pigs into the back of the 911 is not an option. :)

But when I do use it...or even just look at it, it makes me smile.

I was going to go for one of these but opted for a 2006 Ford Fiesta with 154k on the clock. Nothing between them really

Well I really didn’t want to be ”that guy” that out trumps everyone but I do also own this rig…….

Mainly used for:
1. Transporting wife
2. Dumping anywhere and not caring what happens to it
3. Kids taxiing anywhere/me taxiing to pub

It’s quite nice to drive, not as in actually driving it, it’s awful but in that I couldn’t care less what happens to it

That is what I dream of moving up to one day ……….

That disjointed window-line, bug-eyes and dumpy styling must be a real lady-killer combo.:fast rofl:
In all seriousness I can carry 3 (large) passengers and 3 mountain bikes inside it without removing the wheels from the bikes .
