What other cars do you own?

My other car is a 2014 Defender 110XS. The car we drive most though is my wife's BMW X3. Jury is still out on which order I prefer driving them in though - before last week I would of put the Defender at the top of the list but I think I may have found my new (Gnu) love!!
I'm a big Defender fan. Nearly had a 110 xs a couple of years back but decided on a T6. Couldn't afford both :(

What's your again Andy?

Just a tiny point about weight and power...

Top Gear power lap times;

M135i - 1min 25.1s
CLK63 AMG Black Series - 1min 26s

Cadwell Park

M135i - 1m 44s
C63 AMG coupe (Tiff Needell driving) 1m 47.50
Escort cosworth polzeylad it holds 30psi quarter mile at pod was 11.87 few years ago though, never comes out the garage now

We had one too but 57 plate in dark metallic green. Loved it but killer tax and we sadly had a bit of a duffer. Still like them though!
They changed the taxation class of new Defender Station wagons, which were previously viewed as cars, between when I ordered and picked up in 2014 - my expectation was that I would be paying £500+ per year but as a PLG I'm only paying £230. Downside is the speed limits that apply but not really an issue once I realised (after about a year of ownership!).

It's been to graham good in Gloucester for abit of tweeking ;)from previous owner and quiet a few thousand spent on it nice big ap 6pots to stop her Alcon 6paddle clutch

Blimey; seriously modded. The standard one wasn't all that quick.
I had a mk3 rs1600i converted to rear wheel drive cosworth 330bhp track car tried to sell it complete couldn't get what I wanted for it.had to many toys in the garage
So sold the rolling shell to a lad in Torquay and the running gear went into my mates mk1 escort he took it to ma developments Blackpool with £4K upped it to 400bhp with launch control did pod in 11.4 couldn't believe it

I keep looking at Defender 90's 50th Anniversary editions, really really want one but the mrs says no :-(
Had a 110 XS double cab for 4 years with the 2.4 puma engine, went bloody well and I never got it stuck even with the OEM Ice cream van tyres. It was all things to all men but just had no space for a a child seat in the back so it had to go.

Stand your ground man (looking over my shoulder to make sure Mrs H isn't watching me type - lol). A friend gave me a set of 50th Anniversary badges last week that were given out to the LR employees back then - he used to work there before he retired - I was touched that he wanted me to have them.

Nice!

They are only going to go up in value.

A firm local to us did a referb on one recently "bringing it up to date" and it looks mint, heres a photo that I'm sure someone won't approve of but lots of LED light output on the front!

I confess I have been a big Mini fan since I left school, the love of my life I had for over 21 years, needless to say it was seriously modified being 1380 pushing out around 100 bhp at the wheels. rather than post a photo here is a video of it on a Rolling Road shoot out. I came second, the guy who beat me had 2 bhp more. Enjoy and turn up the volume

911 targa from circa 1980? That used to be my dream car when I learnt to drive and for many years after.
