What tyres on 19 x 8.5's ?

I collected my first T6.1 a few days ago and it's still got the original 16's on it. I want to replace them with a set of 19 x 8.5 Wolfrace alloys. I'm leaving the suspension standard for the time being. I want to keep a nice comfy ride so don't want too low profile tyres. I was thinking 235x50x19's what are people's thoughts and suggestions. My head hurts

Generally speaking, the smaller the diameter wheel with the same overall diameter tyre aught to provide the most comfortable ride . The more side wall the better so far as comfort is concerned. Some manufacturers particular tryers may possibly provide more comfort than anothers. Another thing affecting comfort is the suspension system springs and dampers. The better the quality products also also affect the overall comfort. So quality tyres and suspension is the answer and not too extreme on maximising wheel diameter or lowering the suspension. I have my own preferences regarding dampers, KONI Adjustable. An excellent compromise tyre, Michelin CroscClimate All Season 2 or later, that is if they update the tyre but not as yet.
