What wheels are these?

Hi. I'm looking at buying a 2017 T6 Caravelle, the advert says "19in Alloy Wheels - Cascavel Black Diamond Turned Surface".

The VW brochure says that named wheel comes as 17" (not 19"), but to me, they don't even look like those factory named wheels.

Does anyone recognise the wheels, and what they are? .. see pic.
