Where do you get the bolts that the star washers connect to for the under bodytrim.

Hello, I was hoping someone could help. I recently bought new under body trim/covers for my T6 as noticed a couple of the covers were missing. To fit the trims there are some bits that you screw a bolt in and some parts where you clip it on with the star washers to a bolt that hangs down. I have noticed that for a few of the connections there is no bolt hanging down to connect the star washer too. Does anyone know where you can buy these or what they are called? I have added a couple of picture of this. It looks like a bolt is meant to slot into the bracket in the picture so you can then clip the star washers to it.

For bits like that I tend to just get them from the local VW dealer. They expensive for what they are but cheap enough, and at least you get the correct part.
