Which model is the Multivan?

Saw a picture online of a T6 with Multivan on the back. Is this a European thing?

Yes.

I believe the Caravelle is referred to as the Multivan, and the Shuttle as the Caravelle.

Kombiwagenmitladungteil wouldn’t fit on the tailgate.

We call them caravelle and on the continent they are referred as multivans but not all models are equals
There have been a few variants kicking around in other countries that have never been available in the UK like the panamericana

I'm a european multivan owner, its called a caravelle in UK.i have seen multivan in many other countries oz, UAE, Russia so maybe its UK thats the odd one out.
