Which plastic step?

Hi All,

Looking for guidance - I have a T6 panel van which I've lined...

I've added some 6mm dodo superliner to the floor, along with around 30% coverage of silent coat below that.
I've just picked up a genuine VW rubber insulated floor, which I've now added above this (As per a kombi floor, but without the rear seat cut-outs).

Needless to say, my stock panel van side step now doesn't fit...
I'm not 100% clear if a Kombi side step will fit, due to the additional 6 - 8mm below that from silent coat and liner, or if I need a caravelle side step?

Sounds to me like you would need a Caravelle side step. I have just fitted the Kombi rubber floor and with 12mm Ply and Altro, requires the Cali / Caravelle step which sits ( I think ) around 10mm higher than the Kombi step.

Thanks! Just following up to say decided to risk it with a Kombi step, and it worked well. I did trim back some of the superliner slightly at the edge of the step, but otherwise no drama and fits well.
