Will a round 16mm switch fit onto a dash blank?

So I've fitted heated seat kit. But wondering about where to put the buttons.

Will one of those round 16mm buttons like the bellow fit onto a t6 dash blank button also like below.

Dave the trimmer on instagram fits them in the lower plastic trim of the seat bases near where the side curves into the front.

Pop one of the blanks out and check the back for clearance maybe??

I fitted one of these to switch on and off my dash cam, the hole required was 15 mm, I don’t think anything requiring a bigger hole will fit - just noticed your proposed switch needs a 16mm hole so it might just fit

Nice yeah slightly on the side could work.

Nice so looks possible.

Think I'll order a spare blank then have a go. If it doesn't work I'll go for the seat base side mount option.
