Winter tyres not load rated

Hi all, iv just been given 5 nearly new continental winter contact ts850p tyres that a friend had on a Touareg. They are 215/65/17 99h my question is would I be able to use these to put on my t32 with the standed devonport alloys? I know there not load rated for the van as the continental 215/60/17 ones are 109/107. Be a shame if I can’t use them thanks

You could have insurance issues if anything happened with the wrong spec tyres on. Even if someone runs into you.

Sadly they are under rated for the van. Depending on how much you lug about, tyre failure is a possibility. Could you sell them and add the money to Conti winters at the right load rating? Maybe tricky if they were given to you.

It’s only used as a family vehicle but i support I could sell them they have hardly any wear on them.
