Wireless CarPlay/Android Auto adapter
Plugs into the USB port (USB-A but supplied with USB-C adapter) and allows wireless connect of CarPlay or Android Auto to your CarPlay or Android Auto headunit!
This will not convert a non-enabled headunit into a CarPlay unit, it's just a wireless link.
It works really well and seems to use a combination of Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. Reason for sale is exactly this - I've used it in my A6, which has a 4G SIM and with this connected, it won't connect to the MMI's Wi-Fi
I've not tried it in the T6, but I don't see any reason why it won't work, as they are both MIB2 systems. I stick the phone on a vent mount next to the headunit in the van, so it's easy enough to plug it in.
