Wiring Mod For H7 Lights (main And Dip Beam On At Once)

Now my H7 headlights are installed I still need to sort the dip beam so it stays on with main beam.

Looking at the map there don't appear to be any VCDS users near me (Chichester to Winchester most days) so I'm looking at what I can do with the wiring.

I did take a look at the van style loom but that claims to only work with their own light units and I can't see a regular equivalent.

I managed this in my other car by adding a small bridging wire to the light stalk connectors but this looks more complex being BCU controlled

Although having done a bunch of searching since posting this I'm starting to realise that doing it properly with VCDS is probably the best solution.

Oh dear, another Seloc user has made their way from Lotus to T6 forums.

I have VCDS and I've made the same change to my T6. But I've run out of licences, I only had 3. If I can get more licences, I could do it for you easily.
