I have a 2016 T6 with a manual sliding door. The alignment is not quite right at the rear of the door - you can see a very small gap both inside and out. The MFD can often change during a journey to indicate it is open/closed (the door is closed and in no danger of coming open, but it shows that it’s not quite fully seating when closed).

Is this something I can adjust myself?
