I run that size and there is no need to recalibrate as the speedo will become GPS correct. You only need to do this like I did yesterday for another member if you went up to 245/65/17 when the speedo would read under.

...someone here can help me track down a set of tyres. The story is, I was at Busfest in 2019 and purchased a set of 17" KMC Holeshot's with 245/65/17 BF Goodrich KO2 tyres to fit on my T30 LWB. These have been great and served me well, however I am looking for something less aggressive now...

Not sure about braking distance but I get 37/38 mpg with bfg tyres The rolling resistance grade is something like 5 miles over 500 to change grades iirc

I am about to buy a set of Fuel Zephyrs for my T6.1 Shuttle running on 235/65/17 and as far as I am aware no one is yet able to tweak the calibration on the 6.1 software to correct the speedo, so was wondering if anyone has had any experience with this...

I’ve bought 245/65/17 on the strength of others saying it will be fine. My neighbour has 225/65/17 on his with standard suspension and looking at them there’s plenty of clearance so I’m happy the 245s will be fine

Steve @CRS Performance Looking for similar suspension mods. Running 245/65/17 BFGs on stock T30 at the moment. Want comfort above all else as it's better than my previous transit but still a bit crashy over road imperfections. Can you pm me a suggestion and price. This was how she looked new...

From my research to previously very helpful threads, it looks as though 245/65/17 BFG’s will fit with the standard suspension on a T6. I’d like to fit 255 or possibly even 265/55/17’s. As this relates only to width, I’m hoping there shouldn’t be an issue and that someone’s fitted tyres that...

245/65/17 is pretty big.... I'm doing a ton of research, trying to find out which way to go but I'm scared to go that big... 235/55/18 has kind of a low tire and I'm still not sure if I like the look.... 225/65/17 or 235/60/17 would be an idea but an 8" rim might be too wide.... And then...

How are you finding performance with these tyres on? I've got an 85hp startine and just put some tyres this size on. it's struggling to get up to speed and maintain motorway speeds. Seriously considering a remap! They look brilliant though
