Think we found the issue… the front egr pipe snapped at the join. Now replaced, codes cleared and seems to be running fine. Surprised the new pipe was only £60 from vw.

There is a split EGR pipe on the engine in the video, see soot on pipe and splattered over the coolant expansion tank.

I changed this MAP sensor that stays on the underside of the IC, it was totally blocked by old oil (see picture) and the mass air flow sensor. They can pressure test it and remove the front EGR pipe and see if it's full of coolant. Or as this guy does, run it with the pipe removed..

I blanked my egr and fitted a Tafmet on my 180 cfca, done about 10k mile with it no issues with DPF.
