...relay J207 in the E-box under the battery.
I’m just looking at the circuit diagrams to follow the circuits back through.
Also check the earthstrap between the chassis and the engine at the cam belt end of the engine.
which engine do you have and is it auto or manual?
I stripped starter...
Apologies if I've got the wrong end of the stick totally, but..........the CTEK should only link the two batteries, with possibly a solar input. I'm not sure why you want to link the EHU to the CTEK? I presume by EHU, you mean mains charger from the EHU? EHU/mains charger should go to the...
However, if you disconnect the battery from the vehicle the battery monitor will loose track of the charge state and you risk invoking component protection on the infotainment system.
Just connect the negative lead of the charger to the earthstrap or other non-painted earth part.
...decided to buy the monitor. So the connection between the two batteries is the usual way for T5s with a +ve cable under the floor, and an earthstrap from leisure battery negative terminal to chassis. But then I added the monitor in series from the leisure negative terminal to my loads...
Ok, So I think the red hearing that was tripping me up was this red and white cable that was strapped to the white cable. I don't think it needs to be there, the white SC25 cable is pre made and will fit right into SC27. This Kufatec have it labelled up wrong.
The cable that isn't pre made...
...left on.
Unseen hole _ heated mirrors or windscreen stuck on
Unseen large hole- Alternator diode fault, put a current clamp on the engine earthstrap with the keys out, I have seen 2A drain due to blown alternator diodes.
Then you come to the sporadic drains where a relay sticks if it has...
I've got LWB
But built a SWB conversion for living space and extended the wardrobe to the tail gate adding an extra tember door.
The extra 450mm I nicked for all my toys ( BASE kit, paraglider and MTB )
It fits Just Its a Jigsaw puzzle for sure, but has become a well oiled machine and a BASE...
...Letting an AGM drop below 10.6 volts really kills them (was it allowed to go flat before delivery)
Are all the terminals and earthstraps tight.
Was the battery changed and the battery monitoring module adapted(I don’t think yours was, but just adding it for info)
Do you have any parasitic...
Hmmmm......the battery certainly hasn't gone flat while its been in my possession. The vw connect app (rubbish) has shown it down at 11.8 volts while stationary?
