...or the skill to crimp them.
I also managed to get hold of a wiring diagram which seems very simple and is certainly not worth 99 Euro that Kufatec charge for it.
Will be posting all the detail as soon as I successfully connect and test.
For this I need to collect the remaining 2 pieces of...
Just to keep you all informed, Kufatec already found a vehicle (T6.1) on which they will do their test installation.
Once this test installation is completed they will change the status of the product and will offer it for sale with shipment (possibly including RHD variant!).

...cable and where does it connect to?
2. There is also a second smaller loom with 4 pin connector that came with the powered tailgate wiring. Same question - purpose and where does it connect to?
I think the Kufatec kit also has this separate loom according to the image on their website.

Not sure mate, I had factory heated seats to kick off with. I would reckon its certainly do able. Kufatec do loads of looms. I did cheat a little on mine in that heated seats use the factory wiring and I adapted the kufatec loom and it is hooked in to my leisure battery under the passenger seat...
...caravelle seats, paid 2100 for the velle seats and sold my originals for 900 so the basic swap cost me 1100. On top of that I needed a kufatec loom and the electric velle seats need adaptor rails they don't just bolt straight in. Notice some sellers do include these but mine didn't. Think...
...seat-belt sensor connector fine, and left the heating loom dangling.
I read on this thread (https://www.t6forum.com/threads/heated-seat-help-kufatec-loom-and-oem-panel.13995/post-195961) about a Kufatec connecting system, and I've looked at @Dellmassive's wiring diagram, but I am pretty out...
...power latch to work. After following @Pauly advice/ instructions. I wired the way he suggested and it all works fine. I don't understand why Kufatec would make it so complicated. Thanks @Pauly for you help. I just need to find where I can buy a 8 pin connector and a set of pins for the...

@Stannards , would you be able to share the part numbers of the parts that you received from Kufatec? (apart from the wiring)
I think besides a control module, there is a a bracket and something else supplied...?
As far as the connector, pins/terminal go - I intend to order mine so I can order...
Good morning
I’m after some help/advice. I’ve fitted a power latch kit suppled by Kufatec and it’s never worked. After the van being at Bognor motors and on their advice . I’d like to replace all the supplied wiring and connections . I’d also like to check that I’ve connected to the right places...
Hi Eugene. I’ve fitted a power tailgate and power latch using kufatec kits. The tailgate was pretty straight forward. I ran the wiring from back to front under the flooring. I don’t think it would be long enough to run across the roof. As it is the kit is for a l/h drive van so you have to...
...is an independent setup and is not connected to the CAN bus and therefore all wiring is located within tailgate "neighbourhood ".
4. When I bought my tailgate loom from Kufatec there was no manual with it but no worries all aspects of this retrofit have been already explained in this thread.
...I need any extra cables for the latch unit? Do any cables need to go into the front of the car?
Perhaps there is also a fitting manual from Kufatec or other sources? (either for powered tailgate or for power latching)
Wiring kit for the tailgate is on the left. The right one is for the...
Brilliant write up @huw169 , question though, you mention the MFSW from Germany, can you recall the part number as this is where I don’t want to get the wrong part and waste money which could be used elsewhere on my van, Floyd?
...but can't remember all. My used steering wheel was £130 from Germany (£70 new one with paddles from Columbia never arrived - surprise!). £40 kufatec wiring harness. Probably about £40 all in on repair wires, 5 mt yellow 0.5 wire, heat shrink, solder, pin release tools, panel tools, etc...
