Hi Jim, Did you solve this issue? I had the same warnings in my t6 2017 204 hp last week.

The intake manifold flap is controlled by an actuator which is vacuum operated, check the small hose that feeds it, check the actuator moves as the flap can carbon up and if that is the case will need a replacement manifold.
