Error P2006 Intake Runner Control Stuck Closed Bank 1
no, its more likely one of these issues;
1. Gummed up with crap
2. Actuator broke (can be the plastic arm)
3. split in the vacuum hose to the actuator
4. Vacuum solenoid.
5. wiring damage to solenoid
Hello buddy, have used both methods, usually B.
Will have a read through that other thread. I think the first thing to do would be to change out that glow plug or check the wiring.
Do you know if any of the guys on here have a full breakdown of how to get to the glow plugs?

Some background information here...
The intake manifold flap is controlled by an actuator which is vacuum operated, check the small hose that feeds it, check the actuator moves as the flap can carbon up and if that is the case will need a replacement manifold.
The ECU software seems to be up to date - so no easy fix there.
Resetting them leaves nothing to work at the service. On the other hand if the faults won't resurface there would be nothing to repair.
I'm inclined to think the air intake manifold needs attention.
Meanwhile the P20EE is just an...
Hi, Did you mamage to resolve this?
My 2016 T6 has just had the exact same issue. Limp mode with heater plug light on and engine management light permanently lit. Scanner reads P2006. Any update appreciated.
