Track seats are different, not sure what seat you have there but if they are Unwin rails it's likely they are fitted after the floor as they overlap the floor. Can't quite tell from the image. Tracks we fit are taller and give enough space for insulation etc if needed

No because of floor ridges, and glue thickness. We now supply one piece ply floors with the packers already fitted, ship UK wide

Nice! It took a while for my windows to go up fully without triggering the anti trap but I have the insulated double glazed glass - after a week or so it was completely fine and back to normal.

there is no single silver bullet but it all helps, you just dont need full coverage as its the rule of diminishing returns. tap the panel if it 'tings' put some on till its a nice satisfying 'thud' as its usually the first job I would definately do it, hard to do once you have insulated etc...
