I put some rivnuts in the roof bar and used some roofing washers I had left over from the leak free roof bar installation. When I’m not away camping I tighten them up so there’s no water ingress into the roof bar. I then just hook on the sail using some clips I had, very quick to put up

Did it work previously? Is it mounted underneath the vehicle? Water ingress?. Corrosion? Fyi.... It's a very bad idea to put a fuse in a circuit higher than it's rated for. (Ie 10A in 7.5A ) Got any pics? Have you checked the fuse card in the download section to see what else is supplied...

...is a T5.1 but the locking mechanism isn't the standard set up according to their parts diagram and catalogue so i'll try the @minmax89 suggestion / test first and look at the wiring loom after - we did have some water ingress as a result of the tailgate seal failing so that might explain.
