...density is already 1.29 kg/m3– so 9% of more drag right there.
Actually one could expect a slight improvement in the MPG with the softwareupdate as it does DPF regens less often...

Just for your infromation - there is a softwareupdate for your engine
Current software 04L 906 056 KB version 5950 - available version 6189
https://vag-flashinfo.de/site/index?partno=04L+906+056+KB
Meanwhile - what to expect from updated software -

Hmm... ECU tells the engine has been running only 5 minutes?
IDE00078
Time since engine start
305

The reason to disable the stop/start is because ECU seems to clear some status counters/bits when ignition is cycled.
Anyways, the ECU is seeing AdBlue level correctly and also counting...
Thanks for the update. Really appreciated.
23871 (VW specific code) - aka P0401 (generic OBD code) - EGR System Insufficient flow.
This one shows as as CONFIRMED - so you did have dash warning light, right??
15560 (VW specific code)- aka P046C - EGR Sensor 1
Interestingly this one is not shown...
Thanks for your interest - excellent comment. Fortunately there is no need assume - I had noticed the behaviour already in 2016, but just couldn't understand the phenomena and how to get hold of that for a while. Out of curiosity I did a lot of different data recordings - on different...

Yes. The software ID and version can be seen in "Detailed ECU info"-report (under Carista Service menu).
The current/latest software can be...
Would be helpful to know what year and what engine (code from sticker by steering column). Even better would be to know engine's software version as quite a few engines were updated because of the mentioned fault codes.
Have you owned the van from new? Do you know the history of the van - is...
I would say it's a wrong assumption that it's a sensor fault. It's the sensor reporting higher NOx emissions than expected. Of course could be the sensor but a faulty sensor would manifest itself with a different code. AFAIK there is not a single failed sensor reported on the Forum, just a...
...date 21-Dec-2022 is applicable to the engine. This was grabbed against mine (MY18) and probably covers all T6 engines (at least) till October-2019 (update availability date).
Anyways, if everything else fails, the resolution is a engine softwareupdate - for obvious intermodule communications.

Also would be good to check that ECU is up to date re softwareupdates. Please post "Detailed ECU info"-report (under Carista Service menu).
I haven't seen any update for this Infotainment system.
The ones I have checked seem to have software version 6495 - please scroll down a bit a bit further.
Is there something spesific you are looking for?
There was an issue with original/delivery engine software which caused the "jumpy" behaviour - specifically on CXEC engine (199PS). Has VW verified the engine software has been updated?

...500 mile range (no advice on fill quantity)
This is still a bit of mystery why and how the remaining range is distorted at dashboard???
Has the engine software been updated?
The software information can be seen in: OBDeleven > Control Units > Engine > Info
Wish I knew... engine software...
I believe the two above are related.
There is a newer engine software available - which should cure (false alarms) of P204F00 and P20EE00.

A comparison of ECU software before/after update...
...one. Presumably it's just a software glitch - which was advertised to be cured (among quite a few other niggles) with 2019-20 T6 ECU softwareupdate.
Certainly annoying one but fortunately clears just by cycling ignition OFF/ON.
Other P062B incidents in the Forum...
No, for your van (150hp DSG) the software version is 6168 - to be exact software 04L 906 056 KG version 6168.
Excellent!
Now you can easily do full data exctract from the engine as per post#11 (link below)

Whenever doing...
Well, everything is possible. I'm afraid it's not exactly a cheap part just to try.
However, in your last log, during DPF regeneration the sensor logged average of NOx 380 ppm - which is not far away what I had logged (423 ppm).
Certainly it's a mystery why in post #87 (log 13.7.2023) engine...
