how do you know its foxes? i was told it was Rodents . . . ie Rats or Squirrels? that are attracted to the smell of the rubber on the cable for the high temp sensors? +++++++++ anyway, have you got any pics of the damage or area? ++++++++

Unlikely that two sensors fail. Did you compare the electrical resistance of new against the old sensor with a multimeter? The transporter electrical looms aren’t exactly great quality and there have been cases of damage during maintenance, vibration, chaffing and rodents. Worth a check over...

Replace the damage and assemble the connector with silicone grease. To protect against rodents you can apply external sheathing, plastic or preferably braided stainless steel. Readily available on Ebay / Amazon.
