I did have some light rubbing (barely anything though) on the drivers side rear arch but that's ok now the tyres have a few thousand miles on them. And he's, I'm on 245/65R17 tyres.

Suspension needs sorting for a more comfortable ride you're not going to manage that even with balloon tyres. :geek: Again, 18" wheels 255 45 tyres and H&R coilovers with the underslung water tank being the limiting factor. Just remembered 20mm spacers on the back and 8.5" width all round.

OK, the logic is that new tyres should be fitted to the rear, this is due to safety and handling. More grip on the rear would make understeer happen before oversteer. It is much to control understeer than oversteer. Loss grip at the front means the vehicle will tend to go in a straighter line...
