I don't understand. The cells voltage are now much closer aligned and so don't understand how I have imbalanced my cells further that they were? If you look at post #1 i had a Delta of 0.269V at 14.2V. Are you saying that if I charge of 14.2V I will now have a larger Delta figure?

Rail is def against the floor. I can't see the rail being bent. Surely the ply can't be out by so much. I need to measure. I can't see it being the rubber mat either. Bizarre.

Work underway on the floor now. The seat rails added some complexity. 15mm ply (left over from the lifting bed base) glued in the spaces between ribs. 9mm insulation board glued on the ribs. The floor is 18mm Ultralight ply/XPS sandwich, with another 5mm ply layer on top, and will have 2mm...

I binned the standard Jack that comes with the van. Completely useless & downright dangerous unless you’re on a perfectly flat concrete surface. I bought a 5t bottle jack (Aldi special £15) and cut some rectangles of 18mm buffalo ply to pack/stand the jack on.

Yeah, not cheap. I think much of the cost is in the replacement step with the bottom rail built in. The ones for flat sided vans (not curved like a Transporter) are much cheaper. My van stood most of winter and battery was completely flat, had to use key to open doors. Started with power pack with no issues from the ghost so don't think a flat battery would have contributed.

Good point, I’m thinking the bottle jack won’t go up high enough when the tyre is flat. Or the jack will be to high to go under the van when the tyre is flat.
