Everybody here has got past the loading profile page. I've tried hard reset, sos button, type c keyboard and mouse, repeatedly reconnecting to Bluetooth and phone cable but nothing.... It's now 5 weeks and it's never got past the loading profile. Zero radio, zero anything.

Also is there any evidence of the the 4G/LTE modem working? Do you have the correct lights on the SOS module overhead? If you go into the settings can you get to things like the shop or data plans? Reason I ask is there is a smattering of folks having issues with the SOS module or modem.

Yes exactly this. Make sure green light is on the SOS panel above head first which will confirm there is a connection from the unit itself. That was my original issue that was identified with this post.

There's also more chance of electrical gremlins down the line with the 6.1 that will end up costing: Infotainment units / Sos control units failing. Personally, the 6 is better build quality.. the 6.1 just inherits the 6's issues with more thrown in.
