I have a VW Caravelle - T6 2018 model. I am experiencing wind like noise/vibration through the speakers in the middle of the vehicle, on both sides. This is not always evident but is much worse when stationary with a vehicle door or windows open. Any ideas or cures?

So the fan on my van for the cabin heating only works in the highest speed position, is this likely to be the switch or a fuse? As the van is autumn 2016 would this be a warranty job for VW if its the switch. A copy of the fuse box diagrams would be very helpful. Thanks in anticipation.
