Ordering a Hilo soon for fitting in a couple of months, looking for a good, experienced fitter in the NW or midlands.
Currently thinking of Xtremevan or Hilo themselves (they do fitting directly now).
Anyone got any feedback on these options or any other good suggestion?
3 stage build (Cambee flex on rails, HiLo then Cambee Tourer) just finished so thought I should post a few pics... :)
Many thanks to all at Cambee; I look forward to seeing future conversions based upon the design work mine was the guinea pig for ;)
Worth pointing out that it has a...
Anyone looked into the low-life Stealth B2 pop top roofs? Looks to be similar to HiLo and also do a carbon option.
Price wise looks a little cheaper too!
Thought I would set my own little thread for Bert.

Sorting Dash out.. been building up the courage for a while now..

I have no idea what pop top to go for - If any?!?!
I really like the idea of a pop up roof (so my son and I can go away together), but sometimes I question how often they are really used?
When I've asked for advice, I've noticed that (understandably) most people seem to justify what they...
I wouldn’t mind hearing people's preferred choice of Roofs and Beds.
I will probably be going for mine after Christmas so gonna start doing some research.
I have been advised SCA is one of the best and we'll built. I like the look of HiLo roofs but don't like the way they head clearance is...
With apologies I’ve posted this in the new member area also.

hi this is proving to be a headache!
I want a super sleek roof and from what I’ve seen think the Hilo may tol the low life one when the aluminium frame is out.
Anyway with the shirted head height of the Hilo I do want a bed that’s on rails to maximise rear space, bring the kids forward and...
Sorry if this has been asked already, but has anyone done this? If so what kind of cost was it? Assume it ain't cheap to do!
Just in the process of choosing a van and have found a great high spec kombi which is perfect for conversion, so just wanted to cost up the rails and rnr bed, and then...
We went this morning to have a chat with a local fitter for Hilo roofs. Initially all seemed fine and all the right noises were made but then while looking at one being fitted a fitter comes up to me and asks me is that my van outside that the roof is intended for, to which I replied yes. He...

Hi All,
Just wondering if there's anyone in the Norfolk area with a Hilo roof fitted by VisionTech that wouldn't mind me having a quick look before I book in?
I had a good look round a van at one of the festivals this year but would like to refresh my memory (and make sure I'm doing the right...
