I've purchase a rear plug and play speaker loom with RCA connectors. If I discount the current loom and fit the new one will I need to enter a code into the stereo after? Also...how do I get access to the head unit?

Looking at swapping front speakers. Without stripping door first does anyone know what sizes I need to be looking at? Also any recommendations? Ta peeps
