Please take it easy on me - I've only had my first ever T6 a week and maybe asking some daft questions?
I thought the T6 Shuttle had 8 lashing points, but 2 of mine are missing on the near side (NS2 and NS3). I have just noticed something a little strange about my T6 LWB shuttle. There are 2...
Hi All
I've a T6 kombi with twin sliding electric doors. I need to add some load lashing points midway up the pillars behind my rear triple bench, (The c-pillar??) - under the rear seat seat-belt fixtures. I want them to be strong. I need to lash flat objects against the back of the rear seats...
Hi all,
I have a T6 LWB Kombi which has 8 lashing rings as standard. I want to remove the 4 rings in the middle of the van which looks easy enough with a spline socket. Then I'm going to make a frame for transporting MX bikes and fix this frame in place using the original 4 holes that I removed...
Hi all,
Would anyone please be able to identify the tie down solution in the pics below. It looks super clean and just what i need for putting in my wheel chock. I want a nice stock look to the van floor when the chock is removed.
I've emailed the place i found these pics but no answer.
I've...
I want to add a small tie point to the side panel of my LWB Kombi.
So I can tie my MTB to the side of the van .
My panels are carpeted and realise that screwing to the panel alone would not be man enough.
So I should screw through the panel into metal work .
Anyone able to advise on...
Looking at the highline chrome tie down loops in the floor they look pretty weak.. Will The rings from a transporter bolt in?
I Have to transport a motorbike.
I have a genuine kombi rear floor for sale with the 6 lashing points included. The floor cutouts are for the 2+1 seat set up. You can cut additional holes if your seats are 1+1+1. The van didn't have a bulkhead so the floor will run perfectly to the front rubber floor. It was from a super low...
I've noticed there are two holes with what looks like M8 threads in around the wheel arches on the interior, does anyone know what they're for?
I'm planning to have the van carpet lined and not sure whether to cover them up.
I'm looking to make something similar to this set up although it needs to be light enough to remove easily & not quite as fancy - just a bed frame which flies over the wheel arch with some storage room underneath for my bike kit.
Anyone on here made this set up or seen one with a MX Bike alongside?
Does anyone know what the size is of the bolt hole is above the inside wheel arch ? 10mm x 1.25mm pitch is what the size is of the bolts on the lashing points but is too loose and 12mm x 1.75mm pitch starts but gets too tight.
Any ideas?
