Do they exist? I've a barn door panel van and id like to have windows in them. I know i could fit the glass myself, but i really would prefere to source a pair of doors already factory glazed. But this seems to be an impossible task. I can't find any on the usual internet sales site, plenty of...
Hi There,
New to the VW world and looking for some advice. We have a 2019 Shuttle SWB and unsure what to do for the windows, currently standard glazing but looking to add a tint for security and also to keep the van cool (temp :-) )
Based in scotland and happy to get recommendations of...
I have these if anyone is interested, drivers and passenger side flush fit windows.
Tinted glass (15%) not film
They are used but were only in a van for a couple of months
£300 collected for the both.
Anyone used window surrounds instead of "u trim" to hide the metal work around the windows. After lots of searching it seems Plyworx do them in sizes of 3.6 or 5.5mm.
Can any recommend any others they may have used or had experience of the Plyworx ones. Or even made their own...
Hi All,
Had a good search first and couldn't see a thread - has anyone installed a safari window in the tailgate of their T6?
Worth it? What was the reasoning behind doing it, as opposed to fixed closed glass?
Thanks

Hi all,
Just picked up our 2015 T5.1 (yayyyyyyyy!) and we're debating what to do with windows. It's currently a 'normal' panel van with barn doors so one of the first jobs of the conversion is to decide how many (if any), and where to put windows.
We're thinking definitely one sliding window...
Have acquired a Leisuredrive Vivante and cannot work out how to open the windows with the internal devices shown in the image? Am wondering if they are security devices to prevent the user opening the windows? Am I meant to use a type of Allen key? Sorry to appear a bit of an idiot!! I will...

Hi
After a little incident - I now need to replace the glass as door is now repaired - however I really need to match the left hand door and the only clue I have is it says Captal Glass. I know there are various options out there also any help would be appreciated
After getting my rear side windows fitted I'm left with a messy finish around the inside. Other than trying to match the felt is there any better options? Does anyone make surrounds for them?
I know that the leaky T6 side slider windows have been discussed many times but just wanted to make members aware that this can have serious consequences . My T6 2016 had a leaky passenger side rear slider from new . I took it back to the dealership who stated that the 'drain holes' get blocked...
I really want to see what people have done with vans that have windows in rear quarters, there doesnt seem to be many options out there for low furniture, i may be wrong?
Hi - striping out shuttle for camper conversion. Nearside door has upper and lower plastics which appear to be bonded to the glass - anyone successfully removed them?

Hi All,
did try searching for posts relevant but had no luck (m sure someone who has been around longer will share a link)
I've been watching a lot of videos about carpet lining windows with no seals and this is the route i would prefer, however all the videos i found have a U or J seal on the...
I picked up a full set of OEM side windows from @Sharpe yesterday but only need the mid windows to give me the option to change the sliders if the leaks get too annoying (fixed at the moment with a liberal coat of autoglym rubber and vinyl)
Anyway, two rear side windows are available for £25...
Hi
Just trying my luck to see if anyone has any window bags which are gathering dust? Looking to cram even more into the van and these look like a good way for me to do so. Made by van-essa, California camping, bus boxx and a few other brands.
Thanks
