The vans not lowered yet but I’m thinking of lowering it 40/50mm. Is it less ET the more the wheels pokes of the arches? It’s a minefield with alloys...

If you go to 'willtheyfit.com' you can get an illustration of how your choice compares to the stock wheels, including offset. I'm after Judd T311Rs in Gloss Titanium (9.5/19/ET35) for my Indium Grey T30 (when the converters finish it!). I've never driven it and I'm already into it for over £75K!!

Yep, the lower the ET value, the more the wheels will move outwards.

I'm roughly the same height (B14's near the top) and running 18 x 8.5 ET40.

Front wheels are about flush with the front arches, rears sit more inboard.

Show us some pictures of what you want to achieve and we may be able to help you a little more.

Another lowered T6 running VW Amarok Canteras - but, after a year like this I am now heading down the swamper route and am waiting on delivery of some modular steels and BFG Ko2s. It’ll back on standard springs soon too

Cool... do you know if fitting these effects the VW warranty? I know VW will fit Eibach Pro 30mm at the dealership which are covered... :)

  • Not sure to be honest . They are a VW approved part and are TUV approved but if they are fitted outside of a VW dealership then that would give them an 'out' on a warranty claim I guess. Ironically they will probably be fitted in a more proficient manner outside a dealership ! Mine certainly were by Brett and the team at Chilli Jam Vans .
