2018 head unit playing up

Hi all my wife’s 2018 head unit has started playing up plug phone in comes on then goes to this screen is there some were I can get unit replaced upgrade to one with wireless CarPlay ??? We are in South Yorkshire any help would be appreciated wife is nuts and spend a lot of time in her van

Is the USB socket working for other uses like playback of MP3?

Yep iv tried 3 phone’s and 3/4 cables fault seems intermittent it’s gone blank too she has comfort dash in

Have you tried non phone use of the USB?

And have you tried the hold the power button to force a complete restart of the head unit?

Yep just had usb with music playing ok

Do you have another usb socket in the centre console’s top flip up lid (right hand side above the cigarette lighter?

I presume she’s using an IPhone ?

Has she set up the phone to pair with the head unit (using car play) ?

Are you using an Apple Original cable ?

I'd try:

• the restart of the head unit
• remove the phone settings from the head unit and reconnect

Eliminate anything easy to clear/fix before considering repair/replacement

If you are a 2018 you might be under the All In Warranty at all?
